See if your wash equipment is a fit.
Many wash sites have different timers, relays, payment devices, transformers, and control setups, so compatibility should be evaluated before quoting or implementation. We start with your existing setup and tell you whether a retrofit path makes sense.
We start with your equipment · no full rip-and-replace by default
Good signs your site may be a fit
- Self-serve bays, dog wash machines, or vacuums
- Equipment started through a timer or relay
- Coins, tokens, or an older card reader today
- Internet available at or near the site
These are signals, not guarantees. Compatibility is confirmed during discovery.

What usually retrofits well.
- Self-serve car wash bays
- Dog wash machines
- Vacuums
- Older relay-based equipment
- Some older in-bay automatic workflows where compatible
The right-sized path.
Unnecessary rip-and-replace
If a retrofit path works, there is no reason to tear out equipment that still runs.
Overbuilding
We avoid overbuilding when a simpler retrofit path is possible for your site.
Selling before understanding
We look at the equipment before recommending a solution, not the other way around.

Retrofit fit check FAQs.
What operators ask before sharing their equipment details.
- Do I need to know my timer model?
- It helps, but it is not required to start. If you know the brand or model, share it; if not, photos of the timer and control area are often enough for an initial read.
- Can you evaluate from photos?
- Photos of your payment devices and timer/control area are a useful starting point for an initial evaluation. A demo and discovery call confirm the details before any quote.
- Is every site compatible?
- No. We do not claim universal compatibility. Some equipment is a straightforward retrofit, some is not, and we will tell you when a retrofit path does not make sense.
- Do you install the hardware?
- Installation is part of the conversation. The fit check comes first: we confirm whether a retrofit path makes sense before discussing implementation.
- Can this work with more than one bay?
- Yes. Multi-bay and multi-machine setups are common. The specific configuration depends on your equipment and site.
