Which QuickBooks plans does it work with?
Every QuickBooks Online plan: Simple Start, Essentials, Plus and Advanced, for a company that keeps its books in US dollars. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported.
What happens when a wash is refunded a few days later?
For up to 7 days, MonsoonOS corrects that day's entry. After that, or once the period is closed in QuickBooks, it adds a separate adjustment entry dated the day of the change, so a closed month stays closed.
What if my bookkeeper edits an entry in QuickBooks?
MonsoonOS never overwrites a change made in QuickBooks. It flags the day, emails the people who manage the sync, and posts any later corrections as adjustments. An entry deleted by mistake can be sent again with one click.
Can I start from a date in the past?
Yes, up to 45 days back. Pick the day after the last day your books already cover and nothing is entered twice.
Does it see my QuickBooks password or my customers?
No. You connect through Intuit's own sign-in, MonsoonOS asks only for access to accounting data, and each entry carries daily totals, never customer names or card details.
How do I add it?
It is a monthly add-on for any MonsoonOS wash business. Add it from the Cactus Wash Shop in your admin, or include it in the quote for a new site, and it bills with the rest of your plan.
